NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Binghamton, Broome County, New York will hold a Special Meeting at the Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York on the 30th day of December, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing an application by Thomas Diluzio for the property located in a district zoned “R-2”, known and referred to as 1844 Woodworth Road, Binghamton, New York 13903 and identified as tax map number 176.19-3-7.
