Lacrosse Registration
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
Lacrosse registration is currently OPEN.
A fee of $50 for registration or $150 if choosing the optional equipment rental, paid through PayGOV.US is due at time of registration. You must sign up child regardless of past participation. Fill out one form for each child. Have birth certificate ready.
NOTE: If using a mobile app, enter Pay Location Code 38086.
