NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Request for Area Variance at 3208 Maxian Road – 7/23/24 at 6:31 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Binghamton, Broome County, New York will meet at the Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York on the 23rd day of July, 2024, at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing pursuant to the Binghamton Town Code Chapter 240 to consider the following matter:

An application by Pam Gray for the property located in a district zoned “R-1”, known and referred to as 3208 Maxian Road, Binghamton, New York 13903 and identified as tax map number 208.01-3-3 seeking an area variance from the Zoning Code of the Town of Binghamton Chapter 240, including Attachment I, Part I, to build a home on 1.13 acres where the Zoning Code of the Town of Binghamton requires 2 acres for lots without public sewer.

Copies of the above application are available at the Office of the Building Official, Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York for inspection prior to the public hearing.  Written communications to the Board concerning this appeal may be sent to:  Chairman, Zoning Board of Appeals, Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York 13903.  At said public hearing, the Board will hear anyone, appearing in person or by agents or attorneys, who is interested in this appeal.
