NEW INFORMATION: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

Because of the amount of interest shown in the Town of Binghamton’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Town will be submitting another application to New York State for additional funding in 2025.  If awarded, the grant will provide financial assistance to owner-occupied, income-eligible homes throughout the Town, for housing repairs such as roofing, insulation, siding, plumbing, heating, electric, masonry, windows, doors, and carpentry.

Thoma Development Consultants of Cortland has been hired to prepare the CDBG application.  Residents interested in being placed on the waiting list should contact Thoma Development Consultants at 607-753-1433 to request a pre-application.
