The Town of Binghamton Seniors Commission activities calendar has been updated:
MOSAICS (crafts) will meet on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please RSVP at 607 772-0357 x301 if interested. Supplies & refreshments will be provided.
BOOK CLUB will meet on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 2 p.m to 4 p.m. in the Conference Room at the Town Hall. “Lincoln in the Bardo” by George Saunders is this month’s featured book. All are welcome.
“POTLUCK LUNCHEON” will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Town of Binghamton Community Center (located at 1905 Coleman Road) from NOON to 2 p.m. Please bring a dish to pass. Table service and beverages will be provided. Please RSVP by 5/23/25 by calling 607-772-0357, ext. 301 if interested.
MACRAME / CROCHET TOTE CLASS (Crafts)
Lisa is forming a class to make hobo, slouch, envelope or tote bags from crochet and/or macrame using various materials such as wooden handles, textured yarn or cordage. A date will be set if enough interest is expressed. Please RSVP at 607 772-0357 x301 if interested. Supplies & refreshments will be provided.
The Pysanky class held on April 10, 2025, was a good time had by all! A special thanks to Christine Osgood for sharing her time and knowledge and donating so many materials from her personal supply to the class.
