MILLING & PAVING WORK ON PARK AVENUE THIS WEEK

The Broome County Highway Dept. is continuing their milling/paving work on Park Avenue from Carman Road to the City of Binghamton line.  

In addition, we’ve learned that the City of Binghamton will be milling/paving Park Avenue in the City of Binghamton from the Town of Binghamton/City of Binghamton line to Morgan Road. 

This work will continue at least until the end of this week.  A portion of Park Avenue (from Margery Street to Morgan Road) may be closed at times with traffic being detoured during times of closure.

You may want to avoid the area or at the very least, add several minutes to your travel time.  Thanks.
