2025 UPDATE: Community Development Block Grant
The Town of Binghamton was recently awarded funding for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This grant will provide financial assistance to owner-occupied, income-eligible homes throughout the Town, for housing repairs such as roofing, insulation, siding, plumbing, heating, electric, masonry, windows, doors, and carpentry. THIS IS A GRANT and NOT A LOAN.
Thoma Development Consultants of Cortland prepared the CDBG application. Residents interested in being placed on the waiting list should contact Thoma Development Consultants at 607-753-1433 to request a pre-application.
We’re hoping some of you will take advantage of this great opportunity!
