LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Proposal Sought for Sewer & Water Lining Replacements on Carman Rd. & Woodworth Rd. Deadline: 6/17/2024

NOTICE is hereby given that a proposal is sought and requested by the Town of Binghamton, Broome County, New York, for the following item: Sewer and water lining replacements on Carman Road and Woodworth Road in the Town of Binghamton.

Tracy Tokos, Town Clerk, Town of Binghamton, New York will receive said proposals at the office of the Town Clerk at 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York.  No later than 12:00 Noon on Monday, June 17, 2024.  No late proposals will be accepted.  Bids so received will be publicly opened and read at 12:02 p.m. on that date at the office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall located at 279 Park Avenue, Town of Binghamton, New York.  The proposals and terms and forms for proposals can be examined and secured at the office of the Town Clerk, 279 Park Avenue, Town of Binghamton, Broome County, New York, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Monday, May 20, 2024, until bid time Monday, June 17, 2024 excepting Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.

Proposals must be made on the “Bid Form and Certification” prepared by Hunt Engineering.  Said bid forms may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk, 279 Park Avenue, Town of Binghamton, Broome County, New York.

Each proposal is to be made upon the condition that, if the proposal is accepted, the successful bidder will enter into a contract to supply said items as set forth in the specifications/instructions.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
