FREE WOODCHIPS & MULCH AVAILABLE AT THE HIGHWAY DEPT

The Town of Binghamton Highway Dept. (865 Hawleyton Road) has woodchips and compost available FREE to Town of Binghamton residents only.  They can be found in front of the red salt shed.  Help yourself.
