HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR FINES, SURCHARGES, AND FILING FEES:
By Mail – Money Orders or Certified Bank Checks payable to “Town of Binghamton Court” should be mailed to:

In Person – Payments made by Cash, Money Order, Certified Bank Check, or Credit Card can be made during court hours (Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). A drop box is available in the Town Hall lobby for payments before/after court hours (Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
By Credit Card – (Available for Vehicle & Traffic Law Fines and Surcharges only)

Please include your name, ticket number, case number, and date of birth on the paperwork submitted with your payment for proper processing.
PERSONAL CHECKS AND BUSINESS CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
