The Town of Binghamton Community Center is located in a picturesque country side setting just minutes from the City of Binghamton. Its size is perfect for wedding receptions, retirement and birthday parties, holiday gatherings, and business training seminars.

Renting the Community Center

ONE DAY RENTAL ONLY:  8 a.m. to 10 p.m.*  

* WARNING:  Your security deposit will be forfeited if you enter or exit the building
before or after the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.  The building is monitored 24/7.

• $350 day rental plus $200 refundable security deposit (check only) for Town of Binghamton and Town of Conklin residents
• $450 day rental plus $200 refundable security deposit (check only) for non-residents
• Payment due upon booking facility

Maximum Number of Guests:

Normal seating capacity is 80 seated with tables
